All digitized designs are e-mailed, for an additional
fee Federal Express or UPS.
Pricing
Pricing is based both on the complexity and stitch
count. We will do our best to use as minimal stitch count as possible.
Bullet proof embroidery is not our goal.

Corrections
Corrections will be made at no charge up to 5 working days after
delivery as long as the design is not altered. Additional costs
will incur if changes are made in the design after the sample is
sewn or if there are drastic changes in the dimensions.
Artwork
We prefer designs to be sent as vector files in formats AI or EPS.
Bitmap files are also accepted (JPG, BMP, GIF or TIF).
Changes
in the artwork may be neccessary for the embroidery to look clean.
Lettering that is too small or excessive details on paper may not
translate into a well embroidered design.The customer is fully responsible for any logo supplying to Stitchshow digitizing center for service in the past or future that may potentially infringe the copyright, patent, trademarks or other rights of third parties.
Stitchshow Digitizing Center will take all reasonable precautions to minimize our design errors, but it is released by the customer, from all liability and claims for any ruined garment due to any flaw in the design. It's suggested the customer run a sample of our design on the his/her machine before put into production
